Delivery
Order before 12pm and we will despatch your order for delivery within 3 working days (UK Mainland Only).
- Orders over £99 - Free of charge delivery (UK Mainland Only)
- Orders under £99 - £6.95 (UK Mainland Only)
We do not charge for packing and handling.
We endeavour to keep all items ex stock however if we do not have an item in stock you will be emailed and an estimated delivery date will be given.
If you need delivery to anywhere other than UK mainland please email us and we will be happy to quote you a delivery price.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us quoting your order reference and the reason for return and we will assign you a goods return note number.
Please then return the item in its original condition, including packaging and if necessary please make sure that you can obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then dispatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.
